Leon FR Buying tips

I popped in with my daughter a while ago querying the likely cost of tuning a Leon 2005 Mk1 FR. I'm still firmly planning on buying and have a few lined up. Given my plan to bring the car to you for flywheel, clutch, remap etc; are there any things in particular I should be listening/looking for on a test drive to avoid expense - would you mind giving me a few tips? E.g. what goes wrong on these engines

The only thing to really look into in high mileage with cam wear issues, although you wont know about this unless you took the cam cover off and inspected the cam and buckets.

Dual mass flywheel rattle on idle, poor fuel economy..

Like buying any car really, there's nothing that jumps out that's a serious issue with these cars.
