The audible ice warning sound has taken to working only when it feels like it. Anybody else's packed up.

Mine seems to come on now and then as well.
Not that I'm bothered, I notice it flash at me anyway.

Mine was coming on all the time. I turn the car on drove of 5 mins the temp was around -7 and the bong as it went to -8...Mmmmm cheers i suppose i had better slow down now its -8!!!
Mine was also bonging at around 5 deg. Bit of a pain up hears as between Nov and March its very rarely above 5 deg!!
Mine used to go at anthing below 5 degrees IIRC. Always made me jump too. Feckin' stupid idea. Same with the fuel one.

Nowt wrong with the grearbox, but after taking it to the garge tonight the front tyres might be a bit shadey. 3rd gear wheel spin for about 100m...Smokin..On to the m-way and sent an Audi TT packing...What can i say i will miss me Beerzer.
Anyway Vern had to get something that will tame all these LCRs that are floating about ;)

I thought mine used to bong as the engine was started and it is cold, but now it only seems to do it as you pass through about 4 degrees - if its colder than that when you start you just get the temp shown in the computer display but no bong.
The handbrake bong is another odd one - not everyone might have heard it, but if you set off with the handbrake still on (easy to do and not notice if it is only on the first notch) you get a bong - bong - bong noise until you take the brake off, a bit scary the first time as you havent got a clue why its bonging at you!

He knew what i was planning but he is on holidy, so will get a bit of a shock when he get back, but to be honest he will not be in the least bit surprised!!
Never had tyres as wide as 245 before on a car. How sad is that exited by tyres!!! But then they are on a Porsche!!
