Fog lights and the MOT

My seat cordoba has front fog lights but one has been removed by the local wildlife and driving to fast. I know that front fog lights aren't a legal requirement but I they are fitted to the car as standard do they have to work for an MOT?

The front fog lamps dont come in to the mot only the rears!!
