Power gasket?

Hi all, quick question for you.....

Im looking at getting one of the power gaskets for 1.8T from the Awesome GTI Website

1st of all, will this fit my ibiza without any probs??

2nd is it worth getting?

3rd is there a noticable power gain.

your advice would be greatly appreciated.

*got one on my ibiza 20vt and fitted it myself-easy peasy to do.
*yes-the intake manifold only gets luke warm now on mine,even after a good blat,this as appose to scaldering red hot state beforehand.
*not really aimed for a "power upgrade" mod IMHO-more of a "to keep the intake sensors in the safe working parameters to stop the ecu cutting back on power mod"
