YeeeeeeHaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh,

Took the motor to get a quote for my damaged wing, and also to get the car sprayed and kitted out with my new bumper, sideskirts and twin headlight, mirror cap sprayed ( its Burgendy, only colour I could get after some nobber ripped it off )
£300, which I though was pretty damn good.

Then to top my day off, met with Gareth another Seat owner and he told me a place locally that does powerflow systems, sod the supersprint exhaust

Things are looking up.

Yeah, £300 I know you may think its a bit steep but its not really, remember my car is two colors, kiwi yellow and red, also the panel is pretty buggered. Other places in the area were quoting £500 plus.

Meant to say, is it powerflow that you are going to get to do your zorst? I think they have a place up in your area. If not, they have a place in Bathgate. They seem to be very good.

Sorry Brendy,

I kinda read it in the wrong context, I thought you was thinking that was too much.

I was blown away when the guy told me the cost, I was like are you sure, he was like well it would have been cheaper apart from the fact the motor is two colours.

Cant wait, my headlight conversion is sitting in the spare room and Iam waiting on my bumper like Scottys to arrive sometime this week, Skirts should be here soon as well, ordered them and a Strut brace for good measure last night, decided to follow your advice and get the F2, Carcept ones were still tempting even though they crack, but in the end I made the right choice.

Mechanical problems with the fan havent been sorted yet, although after reading the Haynes manual I think I know the problem, my old man is back from offshore this weekend so he said he was gonna take a look, hopefully might just be a homer.

Gadge20Vt, I think the place is in Turiff, at least that what I think Gareth said, not in any hurry for an exhaust yet as the hole in it is tiny, Mot aint due til next year now, I really dont want it for sound, driving at 70-80mph for a few hours with a booming sound would drive me crazy, just a little roar at low revs would be nice.

Fancy getting one like this :

I can dream cant I ?

Yeah Powerflow is in turrif. You can choose sound and style you want. Last year i bought a 4" jap style exhaust for my civic . £175 but its stainless steel and has a life guarantee. Well chris if i meet up with you this weekend i will bring along the civic so you can see the exhaust. But i wont be responsible for you using the ole visa cause you will be wanting one pronto
