Driving to work this morning in the rain, suddenly my windscreen wipers stopped half wipe. AT the time I was doing 80mph in the fast lane of the M4!!!
Managed to get to the hard shoulder by which time they started working again, waited a few mins to check then started off again. 2 Minutes later, did the same ! Stopped again, turned off engine for 5 minutes then started again, all seemed ok. Started driving again, and yep you guessed it, they stopped again. no response, from intemittent, full or wash. Rear wiper was fine.
Managed to limp to work, by which time they seemed to have rectified themsleves fully, but will get to my local dealer (SMC in Windosr) tonight to get them checked, pretty scary morning!
Has anyone else had similar problems? I searched the forums and found something on the Ibiza, but not the Leon.
