It's now SEAT #9 - the Leon 1.4TSI has been part x'd against one of those Exeos that were in the first batch to be imported last year - in my case a black 2.0TDi CR Sport 143. It's done just over 10000, so reasonably run in. First journey (a 320 mile round trip) yielded an amazing 57 mpg. It's settle back to 53 since - not that I have been driving it any differently.
First impressions are of a total quality job all round - what a delight to drive. Nothing against the Leon, but this, as might be expected, is in a different league.
It looks a treat - and I rather like its slightly old-fashioned, louche look. Here's to the next 100k.
