when people say my valve stem seals on their 1.8T engine are gone... when people change them..does the kit also include exhaust valve seals or seprate :think:?

How do you know your seals are gone mate?
I've got blue smoke when i for example cruise downhill,then put foot back down on accelerator,and its then that i get a puff of blue smoke,was told it's my valve stem seals so would like to know this also.
