I know it sounds kind of crazy, but if I understand this right,
than to connect the serial radio to the amp I need a converter which will convert the cables from the ISO connector to the speakers and the amp and than the amp forces the low tones and cuts the high ones.

Ok, but why removing the front trim to get to the radio to install converter, if I can use the signal from the rear speakers and
put it to the amp in the speaker imput (I know my amp has it).

Well I'm not so crazy about super quality, but I still believe that I'll get some quality, because the signal is good enough even through the rear speakers.

Thanks

I'm not exactly sure but:::

I think the reason for sticking the converter up front has mostly to do with noise. Since most if not all speaker wire is not shielded I think it easier for noise to get in.
Even cheesy RCA cables have some sort of shielding.

I'll connect only the sub to the amp

Use the speaker inputs of the amp and wire them to the rear speakers. That's what I ended up doing recently because the convertor added loads of noise. The speaker inputs worked perfectly with no noise...
