Hi everyone

Just brought my first exeo and thought I'd say hello.

I've had an Exeo SE Lux and can;t wait to pick it up on Friday. First questions I have though, is it possible to fit the exterior lower door skirts found on the Exeo sport, as my car doesn't have these and i'd like them?

Thanks

Welcome to the site..... I would say that you could change the lower door mouldings, as far as I can tell they just clip tto the bottom of the door... just need the mouldings then get them painted.. I do think they finish the bottom better...

I am waiting for delivery of a New Exeo myself, due to be built last week of September, delivery last week October..

I have factory ordered a Exeo 2.0TDi 170Ps Sport Tech. with Bi-Xenon headlamps/LED rear lamps, Storage pack, Winter pack, Heat reflective windscreen, and Convenience pack in Dakota Red...

Can't wait :)

Hi Stu

Thanks for the welcome and for the information, your new car sounds cracking, i'll bet you can't wait!!!

I do want the bottom mouldings, do you know of the best place to get a full set?

Thanks

Yes, I am like a little child at Christmas... :) The "Tech" is excellent value.... you get Leather, Bose Hifi, Ipod connection and Satnav worth £3200 if purchased as options, for a premium of £850 over the standard sport... plus I added a few, well almost all the options available....

I would expect, in answer to your question, is a dealer.. I would not expect anyone else to do them :(

Yeh that was my thought, I'll have to try them...

Yeh it is great value. The reason I went for the SE Lux was becuase I got a brand new pre registered car with 20 miles on the clock with sat nav, xenon's, LED's etc for under £21,000 so couldn't really decline it.

Thanks

Seems a good buy... mine worked out to £23000 inc all the options...

I have been in the dealer today to look at an "SE Tech" they have just had delivered, even that is a nice car..... I also checked that my mobile worked with the bluetooth... which it did, sort off... I don't think I paired it quite correct as my phone book did not show... although the others, missed, dialled etc did..

I think it was my fault, when I had the demo car, without satnav, it worked 100% but i had the message on my phone to transfer contacts, this time I did not... so I don't think I did it correct, I think I pressed a button before it completed so it would not transfer the contacts... I can't see there being a problem if it worked 100% on a non satnav car.... The satnav screen is excellent, nice colours and layout, better than the MFD2 in my current Leon.. He also lent me the book for the satnav to have a read....
