if its the grill i have a facelift grill to fit as well.
slam panel i think is what they bolt to.

think i will see if its possable to drill and tap my existing slam pannel.
otherwise i mite have a set of lights going.
or make up your own brackets / make them fit
you can't expect to try & fit stuff from another very different model without fabricating some stuff :)

thats wot i ment by drill and tap (or bodge)
someone correct me if i'm wrong,BUT,i have been told that the front indicators are a different fit also.which would also indicate(no pun honest)that the wings at that point may well be different too.:(
good luck prove us wrong;)

from looking at pictures the indicators look the same but thats just from looking at pics.
if i do get them to fit wot about the wireing?
I know of at least one person who has put these lamps on an older 1.4. I think the wiring plugged straight in although the mainbeam worked differently somehow. I wasn't aware of any physical fitment issues.

also once i have the new grill and bumper on what else will ditinguish my car from a face lift model? from the exterior.
the older car came with H4 bulbs, which have main beam and dip in the same bulb, the later cars have h??? and have 2 separate bulbs,i would imagine this would be easy enough to change.
