I'm planing to put the sub in the spare tire place as you did and I'm wondering if the bass is lost due to the lack of sub-box or it sound OK.
Thanks mate!

Sorry mate I've only ever put amps in the spare wheel well. However I wouldn't advise just sticking the sub in with just a baffle across the boot. The reason being unless you get a perfect seal on the wooden top to the rest of the boot floor it'll sound crap... One of the mags did a how-to section on doing this very thing, I sent a letter telling them it'd never work but surprisingly they didn't print it.... Imagine my glee when it turned up at a car show and sounded crap.....:D :D :D
If you are going to do it then build a fibreglass back that sits in the spare well and fixes to a false boot floor made of MDF. That will work fine..

Actually you could just build an MDF box that fits where the spare was. It wouldn't use the space as efficiently but would still do the job...

Would it help to make some kind of woden box 7cm heigh and I don't know 30 cm width. If you know what I mean. I saw the pictures of yours and maybe if I just put the wood all arround to close the space arround the sub. It would be a very smal and strange box, but maybe it would work. What do you think. Maybe you have so other ideas - I'm interested to put it that I have some space in the boot, but I don't feel like puting the sub on the side of the boot.
Thanks

There are so many ways to do what you're after. Personally I would make a fibreglass bottom that fits in the spare wheel well and then put a board across the boot floor for it to fit to. That will work very nicely.
Alternativley make a box like you say that is very thin but covers the whole of the boot floor, that would give loads of space left and you could still keep the spare wheel under it...
What ever you do you need the inside of the box totally sealed so no air can get out.

Would you make bass reflex holes or not!

That's up to you mate. I prefer to make sealed boxes. Making a ported enclosure envolves a lot more accuracy when it comes to sizes. And you need a larger enclosure for a ported sub.
