Okay dude in the office has a mark 2 P reg GTi SOHC 8v thingy.... (Sorry Me a Leon Tdi Man..) Now he wants to mod the air filter.. But speaking to Des at Banshee we have a minefeild to go through... Whats the general direction you guys have gone......

Induction kits don't work in my experience
they get hot air from round the engine

K&N do one - as do green (bill@badger5.co.uk)
I can see no reason why a bit of sensible modification to your airbox would do harm.
i have an 8v(k&n) panel filter in mine and it works a treat,cold air feed is a must,drilled box for the roar,157 horses can't be wrong
whats the part numbers for these green & K & N filters?
