My current car (Leon MK2 FR TDI) will soon be at the end of its lease as my company car. I want something bigger and pref an estate so thinking of the Exeo.?
Does anyone on here have any opinions on what is the best way to go about this, as Im thinking of opting out of the car scheme at work and doing a personal lease - the current car scheme has changed since I got my Leon and now I would get a Focus :-(
would you get any financial alternative to the company car scheme?

yes, i can take the monthly car allowance amount
I'd opt out if I were you..... you then get to have the car you want ;)
Other things to consider are: fuel, tax, maintenance etc etc
I get a 'car allowance' from work, that supposed to cover everything (apart from fuel). However, rather than go for a car that would be covered by the car allowance, I've opted to go for a higher-spec'd motor and fund the difference myself.
At the end of the 4 year period, I then own the car, and any profit I make when selling it, goes straight in my pocket (think of it as a bonus!) ;)
I am leasing my Exeo ST SE Lux 170 directly from SEAT finance, 20k a year for 3 years for £401 a month including VAT.
If that gives you an idea of figures!

Other than the car itself, does the figure include anything else, like servicing perhaps?
Just remember that if you opt out and go for a personal lease and for whatever reason you stop working there then you are stuck with a leasing agreement.

Doesn't include servicing but includes road tax every year.
That's good, one less thing to think about each year.

Or my ST SE TECH 143 for £300.00 for same terms apart from 15k miles :D

That is an absolute bargain - does that include VAT?
Although I am probably going to have to buy mine at the end of it, I've already done 11,000 miles and I only got the car at the end of June
No mate, not including vat unfortunately..
