Superb spec but have to admit, I'm not sold on the colour.

I'm waiting for mine to arrive like a kid waiting for Santa! Should be here within the next month or so all being well :)

Well, it is now home..... all I can say is :-

WOW!!! What a car

It looks fantastic now it is cleaned and polished, with the protection stuff removed... drives like a dream.... I will post more pictures very soon:D:D

Just copied 2 SDHC cards full of music.... they work in the satnav OK..... the BOSE sounds great, much, much better sound quality than the Leon...

Just 2 minor issues....

I ordered the accessory mats, which should have the EXEO logo according to the accessory brochure, but the mats that arrived are the same as the standard fit items... part numbers on bags are correct, but the mats appear wrong .... Dealer now checking, but will give me a refund if they have a problem...

Unless a dealer on the site can confirm/deny they should have the logo on the front mats?

Also, I ordered the "storage pack", and the cargo net is missing... he is going to sort this for me...

As I say nothing major....

On first impressions, it has to be the best SEAT I have owned so far....

At least those issues are just (hopefully) down to some chump putting things in the wrong packaging, or forgetting to put things in your car. Should be easily fixed :)

The loan car I had was delivered with broken central locking, so when I saw you had 2 minor issues I started panicking! Already worried that something wont be right on Monday when mine arrives.

Nothing wrong with the car itself :) that, even though I have had less than an hour behind the wheel, is fantastic, and fault free... so far....

These are more to do with "additions" to the car....

I am sure you will be over the moon.... just like me :)

Having read all the issues with the diesel particulate filters, that is the only concern I have about having my first diesel car... speaking to the "trade", and the "VAG specialists" they all say that the common rail is better suited to the DPF than the old PD engine, and as long as you do not do a lot of stop start driving, and give it a run on occasions you should be oK... but the fear is still there :)

Take the long route once or twice a month and the DPF will be fine, it just needs a good run to get up to temperature and do it's thing. A lot of what you read is internet hype and fear :)

The good thing is I live in a village, and anywhere I go is around 10 miles of national speed limit roads in any direction...

Most of the information on the web is for 2007-2009 which would be the old PD engines... I think :)

That was my 2nd choice.... :)

I have now done 110 miles since Saturday, and it is a fantastic car to drive, out of the 4 SEAT's I have owned it has to be the best...

I'm sat at work now waiting for mine to arrive. All I know is it's due 'this morning', which probably means lunch time.

Every time a lorry goes past the office my face is pressed up against the window like a damn kid waiting for Santa. I'm a grown man FFS... :D

Hi, like the colour and the spec, had my ST 143 SE new in March and love it. I also had DPF worries, as my car is in town driving for 90 per cent of its journeys. Have fed it Shell diesel only since new, never seen any smoke come out the back and the inside of the tailpipes are like the day it was made after 3,600 miles....Julian

Excellent, play time commencing :)

They order the disc from Navteq when the car arrives, my dealer ordered 2, one for me and one for there demo car... On Saturday the demo car disc had arrived, but mind had'nt, so he just gave me that one....

They can't send them with the car because some dishonest people borrow them ;) The satnav is a great improvement on the old MFD2 in the Leon.... in terms of voice an display..

Now have fun :)

Now have fun :) My Exeo sport tech is due this week, is the sat nav on a yearly charge or is it like tom tom you purchase but you donnot get s/w updates ?? have got the latest issue for 2011 with the car now, but it has starting problems @~!@ so back to Seat tomorrow. .............................................................. turns out it was a lack of fuel [ air in system], so much for customer care etc. !?!@!

RobM

The second option... no annual fee to use it, it will be free to use forever. But if you want the latest maps you have to pay for them as and when they are released.
