I've got a Ibiza 20vt with a AMD Chip. I've noticed that every now and then I get small hestation when accerating hard around 3500 rpm. Has anyone had a similar problem and do you think this is down to the chip itself or something mechanical i.e. dump valve etc. I'm on the waiting list for the Jabba IHI conversion so I thought of getting the chip changed for one of theres now as I'll have to pay anyway when I get the IHI fitted.

Possibly a weak DV and peak torque/boost @ that rpm leading to the stutter.
Aftermarket DV (piston one) should help this I think.

Nice to have anyhows.... less laggy between gear changes.
