Right, Where is the washer pump in the mk4 ibiza 130 TDi Sport as the rear spray has disconnected itself and i want to reconnect it.
can someone please help me pinpoint where the pipe connects to the pump in the engine bay (I am certain it has come loose there)
Cheers.

It's never happened to me (yet) but believe this is a common problem on Ibizas, but generally the pipe pops off in the tailgate...

My screenwash piping had to be reparied yesterday, but the pipe on the rear has come off again this morning and the boot wont open.
I filled the screenwash up but it all filtered straight into the passenger footwell and the boot. Droitwich garage had to have my car apart.. 2.5hrs later and it all worked, until this morning - it wasn't even frozen.
Had same problem with arosa, this is the second time with ibiza.
Fecked off.
cant say i ever use the wash feature on the rear windscreen, rarely use the wipe either, cant really see the need to. mind u my car doesnt get dirty like some of u guys!

Being a lazy bugger and the fact that its bloody freezing outside my car can stay dirty for the time being until the weather changes.
I also just have to mention this morning I passed a BMW this morning on the M8 (he was reluctant to move) and as I passed he actually gave me the finger. Its not my fault he drives a piece of crap with cardboard stapled onto the body (it had a huge rear spoiler and other bits of halfords crap)
I happily smiled as he vanished into the distance, TDIs Rock !:jog:
That doesnt change the fact that my rear screen wash has disconnected at the front (i can hear the water dripping onto the ground under the engine when i get someone to squirt it for me) does anyone know where the pump is in the engine bay?
Maybe he was even more pi$$ed off because he was passed by a dirty diesel in his BMW?
Cheers

yeah i do, but if u leave the window then the water just runs down and you can still see out of it well enough to see the cars around you. just dont really find the need for it to be really clear like the front one.

I always like to see the look of astonishment on peoples faces as they see the TDI badge!!!:D :D
:D especially as your putting out nearly as much power as Ian in his 130 sport with tuning box and SPT mods.. with your 110 with box :D

I thought they had finally solved this problem..It was constantly happening on my '98 ibiza.
I had this on my old Fabia. The pipes come away where they join just before going through the bulk head to the right of the engine bay as you stand infront. Was constantly doing it, though no problems so far with the new one!
Now here's a strange one.
The last couple of days my rear washer hasn't been working properly.
There has been a fine mist but no stream of fluid.
Last night, I took the trim panel off & checked the pipe - everything seemed to be OK. So I tested it & noticed alot of the fluid was running down the boot lid (external). It turns out that somehow the jet had rotated almost 180 degrees so it was firing downwards into the wiper arm cap!!! How strange is that??!! Turned it round the right way & everything's fine.
must have been nice to have some dry weather to be able to check that JOn, it just tipped it down all evening here in devon :(

finally got the rear washer fixed at the dealer (W. Livingstones) under warranty (who had said it was not a warranty job!) and said they would fix it one time under warranty only?
It seems to me that these dealers like to make it up as they go along, but I am happy now my car is fixed.

BLOODY SEAT REAR WASHER!!!!!
The rear washer has now become a low pressure squirt and water is dripping inside my car :censored: :censored: :censored:
Going to phone Livingstones and demand a fix.
I am sick of visiting the dealer to fix stuff that should be perfect in the first place
And I am using screen wash, so no freezing this time!
My rear washer was fixed under warranty the other week, no questions asked - 20 minutes was all it took.
