can some one please tell me how to remove my front bumper.what bits have to come off and where are all the screws (ibiza cupra mk3)
what car / what bumper
???
Usually its the wing mounts that give trouble, depends which car but on my Leon and Arosa the easiest way is to get up behind the wheel arches and undo the 2 bolts that hold on the wing mount that the bumper slides into.

4 torx bolts on top
remove bumpstrip one either side
4 down both sides on inside splash guard
1 either side behind tow eye covers
