Can anyone recommend a body shop in or around Birmingham (i'm in Moseley, South Birmingham). I've suffered in the recent month or so...
- Someone driving into the side of me. Alloy, sill, door, rear quarter panel damage.
- Someone putting a deep key scratch along the roof
- Somone driving into my rear bumper, deep scratches, number plate light damage, scratches to boot.
It's only the first one that i have a third party to claim against, but due to the cost of my premium (£1800) and excess (£350) i am tryin to avoid any claim.
Hence, recommendations for body shops welcome!!
Cheers

Judging by the damage you have described it would be cheaper to claim than pay yourself. Do you have any pics.

1st line - Approx £600
2nd line - £300
3rd line - Approx £350
I would have to pay my excess on each one due to them being seperate incidents. So better off to just get someone to do the whole lot and pay for it at once and claim a reduction in my premium if the woman accepts responsibility on the 1st line of accident damage (my premium drops top £1250)

Does the Seat dealership in MK have a body shop does anyone know? I always hear good things about them and intend to go there for my next service (after Colliers Birmingham passed my illegal brake pads as fine!!)

Seeing as your in Brum try City Centre Car Care on Bradford street. All the jobs i have seen of theirs have been good and i am a sprayer so a right fussy bugger when it comes to paintwork. My mate used to work there and said he would be happy to take his car to them.

Just had my cupra rolled into in the Snow Hill Car Park in Birmingham - got the other persons details so should be no fault and his was a company car so wants to go through insurance.
Anyway, reason for the post was wandering if you got your car done at City Centre Car Care in the end and what the job was like?
Also, has anyone had any experience of "Bodywork" an accident repair centre on Load Lane Ind Estate in Solihull? (Insurer have sent me there).
Cheers
