Heated washer nozzles

My Exeo CR diesel Sport 143 needs heated nozzles. I don't want to get the whole Winter Pack (even if it can be retrofitted). Has anyone got these, and if so, how can I obtain them on their own? Cheers - Happy Christmas.

By the way my 09 reg has now done 23000 - all is fine, av 48.4 mpg overall. A mont car!

I looked in to this last year, and found that the Passat heated nozzles were a likely fit, but never actually confirmed it.
