View Full Version : Dashboard warning light - Cupra
Does anyone know what the warning light in the middle of the dashboard on the right hand side is ? It's come on and stayed on.
looking at the block of warning lights, its on the far right on the middle row.

Helps if you describe what it looks like, but i'll look on my way home anyway and take a guess unless you work it out in between time.

I may take a guess now though if i remember correctly that sounds about the right area for the boot open warning light.
Its red and it looks like a car with a huge boot spoiler, bit like mine really http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/wink.gif
Anyway just check your boot is shut properly, if it is shut then it could be a dodgy latch sensor on the boot.
That is of course if it is the boot open warning light in the first place.

Thanks for the pointers,
turned out to be the ECU diagnostics light. Took it to the dealers, who reset it (didn't actually investigate the problem though ! )
It came back a few weeks back, so I'll get them to investigate it at it's service in a couple of weeks time.
