Hi, I've been trying to use the car recommendations section of your website for my fr tdi 2005.
It doesnt come up with any engine oil recomendations, although it did around a week ago.
Is this just a temporary glitch as I would like to take advantage of the free delivery offer ?

That's a bit odd. I can't get it looked into until Monday though.

The oil you need depends on the service schedule the car is on and whether or not it has a diesel particulate filter. If it is on an annual/10k miles service with no DPF, you need an oil that meets the 505.01 specification. If it's the variable service schedule or has a DPF, you need an oil that meets the 507.00 spec.

They are all good oils, so make your decision based on any brand/price preference you have.

Thanks for the swift response.
I put all the car details in but it only lists gearbox oil, brake fluid and coolant.
The next section, oil and filter service packs, just says click here for recomendation.
All the other sections seem fine.
I'm logged in and accessed it from the main page.
