Hi there everbody im new on here .just thought i would introduce myself.looks a very good site so you will be hearing plenty from me.Anyway my name is dan im from leeds and currently i drive a clio 172 .but im in the process of buying a leon cupra r.my friend took me out in his remapped one the other day and i was very impressed (think it was mapped to 265 bhp).was quite a fair bit quicker than mine:(.

thanks for the welcome chaps .I would idealy like a red one .but the wife is keen on getting a black lcr. (so we will end up with a black one).Love my 172 to bits had it 2 years now.just dosent feel quick in a straight line after going out in my friends lcr and a guy at work who has a 51 plate s3.

To be fair i like all the cupra r colour range .except the yellow which makes it look dated imo.The yellow ones seem cheaper too ive noticed.

Thats probably because they fade the worst out of all the colors...my 10 year old red isnt faded at all and still shines

Yes they do seem to fade a lot .some allmost look like they have a mat finish.
