just looking for price of a strut brace for my mk2 (re facelift) anyone got any recomandations?
Also where to order from?

omp for less than 50 quid, try demon tweeks, venom motorsport etc

Yeah I'd say Demon Tweaks or Rally Design. I think SC.net members may get a discount with Demon Tweaks

just had a look on the OMP site cant see a listing for a 1.4 front upper. but there are a load for gti's etc. one of those would fit woudnt it? suerly the only difference would be if the engine got in the way and i cant see that being a problem. also what are the differences between the 2 steel versions available?

yeh ,but bin them and buy something that won't snap off

lol jase, i drilled the holes with a decent bit then coat the screws with copper grease. worked for me tho i did go very gently with the screws when putting them in as they do look a little fragile.

I'm quite interested in a strut brace.... are the OMP braces of resonable quality? If the supplied screws are prone to snap it dosent sound like it :(
