Quite a few people on here have gone down the Jabba route. Currently weighing up the options myself. Like the sound of Jabba, but concerned about warranty. As far as I can tell you are effectively nullifying your warranty for anything that would require the dealer having a good nose around under the bonnet or driving it. Am I missing the point? Warranty seems like a pretty valuable thing to chuch away.

Thanks in advance!

Technically, yes, you are kissing your drivetrain warranty goodbye. However, The chances of those Muppets (Mechanics) discovering a modded ECU are quite slim. I know of lots of people who still get warranty repairs done on chipped engines.
To be extra safe, Get Jabba's electronic boost controller fitted while you are there. You can unplug/remove the knob part of it.. Which returns boost to stock like levels. So the Muppets are even less likely to discover anything unusual.
I'd not worry too much about the warranty anyway.. These engines are tough. Have you read of Jabba blowing one up yet? Mines been chipped for well over a year. Zero problems yet.
Just do it :D

Pretty much decided I'm going down the Revo route. Bit more expensive, but gives piece of mind. Do like the idea of tailoring the tuning to my driving style though!

I've had about 11 things fixed under warranty since chipping with Jabba. Never worried me tbh - it's excessively hard to spot and the stealers don't have the nouse IMHO. With a boost controller the car appears stock - even on VAGCOM.
