Swaping bits of a ibizaR?

Morning all

Just a quick one, my mate in works got a 02 Ibiza R and has part ex-ed it in for a Hyundi 4x4 (dont ask me why, fool if you ask me) He has still got it until the end of next week and asked if I wanted to swap any parts over from my car to his!!
Any suggestions on to whats worth swaping????? The cars standard but would it be worth taking any sensors or engine parts of it as its only done 2000miles! Deffo having his seat mats.

Thats one thing he wont let me have cos I have to have his wheels as well, so that they'll fit!!! And he doesnt want to change the outside appearence because they might not take in part ex for the same price as they've all ready seen it.
Seats might be a good idea though!!, they got seat sport embroidered!!
The suspension is different to normal cupra is it??
Why the ECU mines been revo'ed or is it better?

ECU will come up on diagnostics as 'cupra R' so that's out. Also it's rivetted in as opposed to the std cupra one. Seats? maybe, but it's unique to the R, so another sitinguising feature and they mach the rears to so you have to do em all. Suspension? forget it. It's too harsh for UK roads. Get a kit.

The zorst is different (but not much).

What about the head lights have they got Xenon's ? I might nab the blue indicators to!
