Has anyone bought one of these and if so what is is like?
It seems to cover all cameras including radar and laser mobile sites.

Auto express recently gave a Snooper only two stars as gatso detection was only 15 metres...and laser detection was iffy..
The Bell 550 detected all lasers at good range and gatsos from 125 meters..got five stars..
If the S4 Neo has the same circuitry as the snooper tested then it may not be as good as you would like.
I think the S4 is GPS based, so Gatso, Specs and Truvelo detection would be up to 1km away depending on the settings on the unit.
