1. Is it necessary to remove because of the front speakers

2. I saw the three puctures (manuals), but is it hard to remove it?

If you have a Mk2 Ibiza you don't have to remove the door car, just the grille. For the Mk3 you have to remove the whole door card yes. It's not hard, just take your time and it's no problem..
