On a seperate note, I am happy to say that Kings answered my call for help... Its still got warranty, so I can relax, all items covered... :)
AA asistance quoted upto 4hrs wait   Father-in-law jumped it... Started straight away... Something must be draining it, or is it the alternator???? Either way I guess Colin & Co at Kings will have more to look into... ;) :) Before I consider the aformention p/ex ?..?
Do SEAT provide extended warranty?
That way you could keep the car and not worry about any expensive problems it may have.

I belive £400 was quoted for an extra year... SOD THAT !!
It will go in for a 1000% check ova before it hits 3yrs old. (If I still have it!)
Coz in August its off to the south of France ! So its gotta be sorted... & that means, all the issues that the guys at Kings have found, & hence is booked in for next week.,. There good down there!
It's probably something rather simple, that's just draining the battery!? I really don't see a reason for swapping it.

From experience, the car alarm is usually the culprit.

I wouldn't have thought that would drain the battery that much though.
I left the interior light on in my 20vt for 2 days straight and it still started fine.
I got into the car on Thursday and thought Doh! I left the light on yesterday... But then I remembered I hadn't even touched the car since monday as I don't drive it on a wednesday....
Garth is rambling again
