Ok, not the stylish of accessories, but I have just ordered a detachable tow bar for my Leon.
If anyone is interested I got it from a Towing accessory place (not sure of name), Tel: 0800 328 3181.

It is a full detachable unit which cost £143 + VAT (plus £5 P&P).

I have attached a picture of the cut out, as I took alot of time finding one that doesn't look to bad......when you look at the picture, don't forget you get a cover for the hole when not in use, its not as bad as it looks

Should be able to tow my race car now:D

Saw something like that on the statue thingies they sell in the gift shops when on holiday in Greece :D

Not criticising it Neil, looks like a neat job.

Looks OK.

Who cuts out the cut-out?

Well, I got mine mail order, so I will, you have to remove the bumper anyway as it bolts up right across behind it.
I'm not paying another £60odd to get it fitted...

The part I have got with the Brinx tow bar is an original SEAT accessory looking at the instructions as it has a SEAT part number, and unstructions printed by VW....

Its black, in the same material as the bottom of the bumper, and curved to fit......
