Seat Leon FR Tdi not starting

Hi i really need help here. I just went to start my Seat Leon FR Tdi, but it wont start, it sounds like a flat battery, but wont even start when being jumped. Anyone got any ideas whats wrong?

Any thoughts would be great

The starter might be shot or the jump leads might not be making a good connection.:)
