Removing front and rear bumpers. Help needed

Can anyone give any suggestions on this?

Pictures, ETKA diagrams, advice, step by step... anything really!

Just spent about 3 hours trying to remove andy_dea's bumpers and couldn't! The mk2 was a piece of pish to do, but the mk3 is totally different.

What hold the rear bumper on? There's somthing in the middle, but I don't know what.

rear middles are held in from bolts inside the boot slam panel

take the trim off and pull the foam up to see em

front is help in behind the moulding/behind the caps /along the grille/ and into the wing at the very corners

Cheers mate, that's perfect. Explains why I couldn't get the rear bumper off!

I'm sorry I aint had a chance to post the springs yet, I take it you still want them? I've got them packaged up in a box ready to go. Now all I need is the chance to get to a damn post office!

judging by the clunk and J4se's face when the ramp went up earlier looks like i needs some shox too :p


ooh and that big Void under the bonnet don't help either :p
