I was going through some things in my car the other day...and noted a couple of discrepancies.
it being a MY04 , apparently the passengers seat shouldn't slide forward when tilted...it does.
It also has 8 speakers, and not the 6 that the MY04 apparently has.
everything else in it appears to be as per MY04.
Is mine actually a MY3.75? :)

Pedro was obviously putting in some overtime between the two production runs and had all of the bits to hand....
:D does seem odd... ya lucky so and so ;)

I think some people had the opposite problem on MY03s - IE they were supposed to have Access-Plus passenger seat but didn't...
My MY03 has 8 speakers and access plus :)
I think it's the same kind of thing with all SEATs.
I was checking 3 51 plate mk3's on Sat and 1 of them had carpet panels on the rear of the back seats (in the boot), but the other 2 didn't. i know from his pics that Deejays car has this as well.
Some also seem to have a power socket in the boot while most don't.
I think it's very much a case of whatever Pedro has lying around he puts in the cars!
I thought the power switches in MK3s were dealer fit options?
When my mum bought her Ibiza Cupra she was offered it as a dealer option. The car was in the showroom and was just a standard Cupra with no extras.
Dunno, but my dealer don't even know it exists!
I need someone with etka to find the part no.s so I can order it.

I think it was.. although, his MY03 should have 8 speakers and access plus...

Indeed, my old MK4 was apparently the only one in the UK with folding mirrors.
I'll be getting these in a few months for this one!

ditto that. I'd be interested too - saw them on your old car they looked very funky, and would save me manually pushing them in when I park in london.
At the last price update, about £250.
I'm not sure if I need different wiring looms for the doors though.
Anywy I'm too skint to think about it all at the moment.

I've just got a MY04 and mines exactly the same!:think:
