Hi all, I have just bought my 2000 Leon cupra in yellow, got all the books etc from new with it, and from what i can tell it has recently had an engine change before i bought it, been changed from AUG engine to the AUQ engine, as i understand it theyre the same BHP etc, now it runs amazingly, cannot compain about the boost or anything, BUT........ when i turn it over i get the oil pressure amber warning light flash 4 times and then go out and stays off. So far this hasnt bothered me or affected the drive, and also when i drove it home i had the engine management light come on and i had this checked on my mates ethos scanner and it came up with 2 faults only, Coolant Temp sensor incorrect reading (intermittant) and crank sensor wrong angle? looking at the latter it has had the wiring bodged together with tape so im assuming this could be causing that, basically just just want some thoughts from other cupra owners who may have experienced similar issues???
Thanks
Thanks
