Hi All

i know there is a lot of debate on wheather or not power booast valves are any good, but i would like to fit one to mine and i wondered if any body knew any garages in the berkshire / surrey area thats could fit them, as dont want to try and do it myself or let the cowboys at Halfords try it either.

any help would be fantastic

cheers

i've read up on it now, so i'm happy.. but commiemidget, once you get this installed, can you tell me if you actually feel the difference with acceleration :) cheers

just had one fitted to my 97 1.4 8v mk2

Better throttle response and a slight increase in power. Does what its says on the box;)

Needs to be fitted by somebody with all the right kit (fuel pressure guage) that can tune the valve to suit the car. More info here (http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?threadid=30469)

Hi

Once i get the valve and fitted will let you know the difference it makes to acceleration etc, just still need to find a place to fit it which is harder than i thought, will have to have a word with my local garage on monday.
