Im looking at putting uprated rods in my engine AUX 1.820vt ibiza 2000

How much power do you plan on making? Our H-beam rods have powered vehicles past 700HP no problem. 1.8T H-beam sets start at 399.99

Thats $399 + you will need bearings @ $33 and you will need a rebuild kit, e.g. head gasket, head bolts, exhaust manifold gasket, inlet manifold gasket and so on..
You may as well change the cambelt & waterpump at the same time. I would also fit new piston rings and deglaze the bores.

I reckon you are looking @ around $850 delivered for all that lot.
Which equates to around £680 after taxes.

You would be paying more than that in the UK

I was looking at the rebuilt kit that they advertise on here which has head gasket and bolts and cambelt iv already got a new water pump ready to go on
I could also sort manifold gaskets easily
I'm sure there are bearings in that kit along with piston rings but not 100% sure

It is a sticky in the INA bit on here 20mm forged rods package

IE 1.8T H-beam rods run 399.99 and depending on your stock piston wrist pin size they are available in both 19mm or 20mm wrist pins.

You will need to replace your rod bearings with those, OE will be fine but we also have Calico coated upgrade bearings available. OE: 32.99 or Calico: 79.99

It also highly recommended to replace your piston rings at this time, if you are using stock pistons a set of OE's will run you 169.99

We also carry full gasket rebuild kits for 139.99

Those prices are all US dollars. That is the basics as to what you need to assemble the bottom end. Its never a bad idea to replace the OEM crank bolt with a non stretch bolt, we carry a IE ARP bolt, and would be complimented well by a dowel pinned timing gear. These are not necessary, but the details matter when building strong motor. [B)]

Most people take this time to replace the timing belt also, we sell complete timing kits as well. The water pump should be replaced, we only ship out water pumps with metal blades versus the OEM plastic ones. The hydraulic pinned tensioner is also a fairly common fail point in the 06A timing system, so we engineered a solid tensioner and pulley kit to replace this problem as well.
