finally picked her up today and all i can say is WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. Unbelievable car!! handles like a dream, goes like the clappers (cant even imagine what it goes like stage 1/stage 2. Already dirty from motorway driving (stupid fly's!!). Also was in the petrol station for around 20 mins trying to get the cap off and putting it back on:cartman: Will get some piccies up tomorrow :)
I do however have two questions.
1) how the heck does the bluetooth phone work? managed to get my phone connected but when i turn the engine off i get "check phone" or something on the radio screen? i can make calls from the phone and recieve/end them using the stalk, but can't seem to get a phonebook up anywhere?
2) When stopping and putting her in park a green circular light with a foot comes up on the dash. In the book it says something about braking? Is this usual to be on? Or isit a problem?

The green circle with the foot in it basically means to press down on the brake pedal to select a drive mode. Enjoy the Cupra mate they're quality......:lol:

1. dont think you can get the phonebook up, only link numbers with voice recognition, by pressing the button on the left stalk, and saying "help" for it to be explained
2. you need to apply the brakes in order for the light to go, the brake needs to be applied when changing from P > any other mode e.g. R, D, S

cheers, i knew on auto's you had to press the brake to
change gear but never seen a light for it before..
Congrats mate now enjoy the car and get them pics up for us to see.

its a new thing seat have released - meant to remind the driver you locked the car - its completly normal dont worry!

1 thing iv learn't about this car in the last 4 days - its impossible to keep clean, im now in the market for some snowfoam and lance so i can remove dirt between big washes!
EDIT: Just ordered myself some super snow foam and a HD lance :)

I notice its the back tailgate that always is dirty.

yes!! iv also noticed the front end / screen attracts far more flies than my old car, its alot lower i think so maybe that explains why....

+1 thats one of the reasons i hate clearing the back window, the dirty water trickles down and sits near the boot.
Are those the darker headlights? They are looking great!
