My car makes a ticking\tapping noise under braking. The noise seems to be coming from the front passenger side. My car has ABS on it would this matter?? (don't get judder though pedal though) The braking is not affected though any ideas?.

check your discs one both inner & outer sides for cracks

Had new disks fitted less than 5k ago and just under gone full service the rears have been replaced along with the bearings etc and a ABS senser.
doesn't mean they're not cracked tho - unlikely, but not 100% surity
I'd consider it a worthwhile half hour to assemble & reassemble the brakes - checking all the bolts were done up to my satisfaction.

Stripped down the brakes no problem there. noise still there having to take into garage to be looked at. The noise is on the nsf not the osf. The abs pump is in this position could this be the root of the noise??
