Im not sure of ramps that the rears will go forward onto

Stands are the safest using a two ton jack

The closest I can think of as a solution is drive up ramps for the front, then jack the back up and either use other ramps or axle stands.

Or these;

Stupid me, didn't think how another pair of ramps would fit underneath the car :\ Just thought of the idea as I remember when I went to go look for a first car (2005) the guy drove this 106 onto 4 ramps and let me look underneath the car etc.

allh2k - I don't know why but I get pretty paranoid with axle stands, like it slips while I'm underneath, ramps just seemed a lot safer.

These are what i use as they are low profile for lowered cars. Ramps are a lot quicker,easier and safer then using a jack and axle stands. If i want to work on the back of the car just reverse up the ramp.

As long as you're not undoing really tight bolts, a car on axle stands is pretty stable. And if you're doing suspension work for example then axle stands are the only option. When I do my rear bushes I've got to lift the rear of the car directly on the chassis.
