ibiza cupra sport gear knob

Hi guys. I'm thinking of changing the gear knob on my 'beeza GTI cupra. I have to push the gear knob down to engage reverse. Is it an easy job to change it on my particular 'ride'? Any help would be great. I know its probably a piece of p*ss to do but i don't want to break owt so i thought i'd ask the guys in the know.

You just lift off the gaitor then twist the knob, breaking the glue.

i want to do this but mines got a clip thing on it

yer u have to cut the clip off with a pair of side cutters then it just lifts up. depending on what knob youre getting either fix it the same way or araldite it on
putting araldite on stick and sliding knob on and leave over nite.......... :clap: :clap: :clap:
