VAG-COM needed!! please help me

well heres the story....

i took my car back to the garage because of a fault with the electronics or something. they cant fix it because i need the service history. its in the boot but they cant find it! they've had my car for a week and wont fix it until they can get the service history. i cant be bothered with them anymore! so i'm collecting my car today from darlington, and i'm wanting someone with vag-com to find the fault it possible??
then i know for definate whats wrong with my car, even if its just a small fault, i can easily get it fixed, or if its big, then i'll take it back to the darlo seat garage and get it done there.
i live near redcar, and am willing to travel as far as middlesborough/teesside retail park to get it fixed. it'll be brilliant if someone could help me,. i have a laptop if the software needs to be installed onto it.

anytime on sunday will be the best for me if anyone will kindly help me. just pm me if you can. thanks alot in advance!!

right, well i went to the garage today. got the service history out of the boot of my car, where i sed it was. they had only looked in the glove box.
anyways, they've told me they will give my car its 20k service over the weekend, and send it back to darlo on monday to get fixed.
i'm really peed off with them, but they gave me a hire car for the time my car is in darlo, so i'm not gonna complain anymore

is your car at David Penmans? If so there service department is shite. You might have read about my Leon 1.8 20v se which had a power problem. Took it in there and they did something to it which now means that it no longer goes at all and squeels on startup and then dies. They told me that the car was a 'bad apple' and to take it off there forecourt. This was after they had kept it for 4 days leaving me without a car. Eventually I had to part ex it and now i have a leon cupra, full leather the lot. Only got it wednesday, i tell you Penmans are shite if something goes wring with your car. It's like they think they can just turn around and say, sorry cant find the fault, bye bye.

I just find that their service manager, frank, is very unhelpful but the rest of them seem ok.

but its completely different :(
i dont know if its suppsoed to be like this, but all three pedals are really stiff. the whole car seems .. well lame. i know its a 1.4 but still, it felt alot faster before it for repaired!
