Seat Ibiza Starting Problem.

hi,
The car hasn't been on the road for over six months,before it was running good. Until yesterday i had discovered that soon i turn the ignition on it gives sound like small motor running noise, i don't hear any engine kicking noise at all. Please give advice as i have no idea.thanks

Did you disconnect the battery all the time it was off the road. Starting only leads to a few areas, i would start with checking the battery!

i know this is an old post but sounds like the starter motor solenoid is stuck tap it with a hammer :) just for future ref :)

Sounds like the starter motor is sticking, give it a good dunt!!!! lol
