Anyone know what other 1.8t 20v engines will fit into the Ibiza mk3 cupra. Just wondering if my engine ever went bang if i could put a Leon cupra R engine in etc. Also anyone know what the Lcr engine would cost (Audi TT225 S3 Quatt). Cheers.

main problem is all the ancillaries (ie the bits that make the power :p )

VVT on some models and not others.....
Most other bits are the same...
Not sure on gearbox pattern's tho
as you'll not be able to use a 6 speeder without chassis leg modification
