Does anyone know of any washable or reusable oil filters for cars? I can see a couple on Google for state-side cars, and plenty for bikes, but none over here for cars. They're usually made out of aluminium or steel rather than paper, and they're cleaned with solvent rather than replaced.
I realise that oil filters only cost about £4 each anyway, but I was just wondering if they are available.
