WEll I tried both places whilst looking for me new car and there is such a vast difference between Great Covert in Southampton and Pinchbeck in Andover...
IMHO GC were just so much more helpfull offered me nearly a £1000 more for my trade in the Pinchbeck. When I went back to Pinchbeck to see if they wanted to price match I was told it was a rediculus price and that there was no way it could be matched.
Pinchbeck were also really dodgy about giving me a test drive while the guy felt the need to take my trade in for a 5 mile test drive.
GC haven't even sat in my car they just had a look over it while I was test driving and I still had the keys with me! they also arranged for an over night test drive so I could try the car out on my local roads. The sales guys name was Colin Dyke a top notch guy.
I'm happy with the deal and service so far from GC but I haven't got the car yet so things may change. And when it comes to serviceing I have no idea.
Anyway that was a pointeless load of rubbish I'll shut up now:(
