dash insert

i have a 95 ibiza 1.4 cls and in the dash insert i have the temp gauge, fuel gauge, speedo and a clock but i want to convert this to a rev counter.
does anyone know what is involved to carry this out if it is possible?
if it can be done what parts will i need and what else would i need to do?

easiest/cheapest way is to simply add is to add an aftremarket one from any good accessory store

OR

obtaining an upper model dash insert (speedo assy) and incorporate into the car - probably best looking for a second hand one but not THAT dear new mind

just note option 2 will take a bit of wiring integration
