Hello Gentlemen,
Based on our experience there are 2 basic families of differentials. You will simply need to state what gearbox code you have and we can work from there.
02S Gearboxes found in 1.8 TSI Leon Cupra's have the same differentials as 02J's found in Ibiza's and 02Q's found in Scircco 2.0 TSI's have the same differentials as 02M's found in MKV GTI's.
we have organized pricing as follows but we want everyone involved to include the following information:

02A 498 005A - $875 USD / 813.75
02J 498 005B - $945 USD / 878.85
02S 498 005B - $945 USD / 878.85
02M 498 005A - $979 USD / 910.47
02Q 498 006B (S3/TT) - $1079 USD / 1003.47
All differentials come with ARP hardware. If you need additional components with your order let us know.
OPTION #1:
Shipping from Peloquin is set @ $165 USD a piece to your door (taxes excluded).
OPTION #2:
Crating 10 units over (approx 250 lbs) from the US to the UK will cost ~$700 USD via ocean freight. Once the package arrives in the UK you will pay taxes ~£35 to whoever organizes the crating option for you guys to ship it from them to your door step.

Yes we do but as some people here can comment....Autotech almost always does not have Wavetrac's in stock and i like the feel of peloquin. My advice is to DRIVE a car with either a peloquin and one with a wavetrac and go from there.

Intersted dependant on price, What would the diffs work out at if 10-15 were baught? And also have to consider getting the cost of deliverey after they enter the uk.
The diffs would have to be about £500-550 including taxes to make it worthwhile. + £100ish shipping and then an extra £40ish for internal delivery still adds up to around £700..

700.00 GBP = 1,153.04 USD
assuming that an 02J correct?
20% VAT ends up being:
(878.85*1.2) + ~165 USD = 1219.32 USD
If you were quoted 700 quid all in for a 02JB differential then you should get it locally as that is a very good price.

Believe they come as a kit from Peloquin like that anyway. ARP bolts methinks.

Unless he took stock of differentials and is selling old stock from when the $$ was better off then yes I could see him selling a unit but for Peloquin to SHIP him/you a differential today for that price is simply not possible , see the above figures.
We are one of the largest Peloquin dealers and have quote possibly one of the oldest accounts with Gary. Ill mull it over with him in the morning but like I said the figures dont lie. 700 quid for a differential like that is damn cheap mate.

He didn't have stock of them, because he doesn't sell many. His price was quoted as per the exchange rate about 1-2 months ago. Wasn't that different to what it is now.
The price you're talking about is around £850-900 correct? All in.
Plus you might end up with import tax fess on top of that too
Backdraft want £982 for a peloquin delivered which is best ive found so far

Jabba sell them for £777 lol.
Without sugar coating anything , Peloquin offers dealer discounts based on volume you do. At a minimum discount of 15% off (which we are pretty sure is the pricing level most people are at) , selling a differential for those prices simply does not add up unless they are selling at cost which again makes no sense.
Whatever the case the pricing is listed in the first post so if you are interested let us know via email.
