I've been hanging around in the background for a little while now, saving up for my much anticipated seat Leon =D
I had every intention of getting a mk1 fr but after seeing a few modded mk2's I'm beging to have a hard time deciding.
Basically what I'd like to know is if you guys (the experts) had £5-6k to spend on either a mk1 or mk2 Leon, which would you choose? Only thing is it must be diesel and I'm looking for decent power, eventually going to remap it aswell
Cheers guys, I'm hoping you can put me out my misery lol

Well you can either get one of the best MK1s or one of the cheaper MK2s.

MK1s look better and are more stylish imo, but it depends on your tastes.

Hey, thanks for replies. I especially appreciate the links aswell =D both very nice cars, surprised I haven't seen them myself actually. I think it has got to be the mk1, been reading more about the mk2 and seems to have alot of issues and there's to many variations lol
One issue I was surprised was that the version on the mk2 you can't remap, is this a problem with the mk1 fr? As Im hopping to remap it when I do finally get it. Also what are your opinions on the satnav? Is it dated?
Cheers guys
