Hi, i am looking for some prices & maybe some input for some parts for my build.

I'm building a Seat Leon 4x4 was 1.8T now 2.1T fast road / track car not a Daily driver, so thinking this turbo -

Garrett GTX3076 (i know these don't come with the turbine housings)
0.78A/R T3 Divided Inlet Turbine Housing with a 3" V-Band Discharge (i'm building my own twin scroll manifold using 1.5" SCH10 stainless weld butts)

I'm thinking of running the wastegates together and into one 44mm Tial like this -

Also do the Tial wastegates come with the weld flanges and clamps ? if not can you price me these up too.

Thinking with the 2.1 capacity and the twin scroll it should spool up nice, have you ever mated one of these turbo's to a divided inlet manifold ??

Im also after a clutch & flywheel to handle the power, I'm using a audi tt 6speed quattro box - can you make some recommendations ?? with prices please.

I'm also after a Stainless Steel Turbo Manifold to head flange, like the one on 034 site.

Gonna need loads of more bits but at the moment i just prices for the above bits please including shipping to the UK please mate.

Looking forward to your input Cheers,
Graham.

Sammy Will be able to sort you out graham..

Have you not thought about the HTA-GT3071r? Or the HTA Gt35?..

I would recommend the HTA Comp Wheel due to its fantastic Results it provides with Spool & Boost holding..

lets start from the top.
The issue with a twin scroll external wastegated turbocharger is that even with 2 small TiAL MVS wastegates , there simply is no room for a decent downpipe AND the RHD brake booster.
If it was me and I was going twin scroll , I would only use an EFR 7670 internally gated twin scroll turbo. This would allow me to have AMPLE room for a downpipe.

That being said I do not see the point of a GTX turbocharger when it is essentially very similar to the HTA offerings that we have been selling for years. Dannie's got one , Daniel will have one and a few others on the forum have been running them.

Really and truly this boils down to your budget. A tubular manifold no matter from Full-Race or custom in house will set you back about $1300 USD.
Having 2067cc is a huge plus but in the end you want to keep it simple.

As for the clutch , you really only have 2 choices. A single plate clutch kit from South Bend (SB Stage 4) or a CM750 twin disk kit from Clutch Masters. Both we have used with great success.
I would stay away from Spec /Exedy/OEM replacement clutches as they are simply NOT up to the task.

If you need anymore help send me an email : sales@inaengineering.com

Oh and to answer your question about the 2 ports into 1 wastegate....not even full-race does it like that anymore. It is quite frankly silly :)

Cheers for the info mate, i did kinda think it was defeating the whole point of the divided exhaust pulses but i thought if full race thought it was ok maybe i was over thinking it.
Im making the manifold myself so was planning on mounting the turbo a bit further away from the master cylinder but i will see when i start marking up.
Anyhow im going to send you an email mate with somemore details in, and hopefully you can sort me out with the bits i need.
Thanks,
Graham.
