We have a 2007 Seat Toledo 1.6 8v, pulling to the left.
Done all the usual; tracking, tyre pressures, suspension check etc. The vehicle did have to go to Seat for the ABS fault (and steeering angle sensor). Seat couldn't find or didn't know about any issues relating to the pulling. The vehicle also had check on a 4-wheel geometry machine.
We have spent over £1000 with Seat who have got nowhere with it.
We replaced inner tie rods and track rod ends last week. There was no play with the vehicle raised but under load, rocking the wheel, there was excess play in both rod ends and inner rods. Everything else is visually OK. Has been on a 4 - wheel aligner, no problems there. The vehicle alignment adjusts perfectly, it's spot on. But as soon as it leaves the ramp the tracking goes out. Constant pull to the left or right - it varies.
Also posted this on Pistonheads - to no avail.
Any ideas?
